Our Airport Shuttle is ON DEMAND starting at 4:30 am. - 12:00 am, 7 days a week.

Arrival Info: Drive to the main entry of the hotel. Our valet attendant will provide you a claim ticket for retrieval of your vehicle.  Hotel courtesy shuttle is at vehicle drop off area. "Please valet your car at the main entrance. Standard rate will be applied and all reservations wil be declined for self parking"

Notice:

 As of August 8, 2007, the San Jose Mineta International Airport will be REQUIRING all shuttle vans and buses to only either drop-off or pick-up guests at the terminals. This can not be done simultaneously. If guests are dropped off, the shuttle is required to circle the concourse, and then come back and pick-up guests at the courtesy shuttle area. The design of the new entrance will not allow the shuttle the convenience to drop-off and pick-up guests within one ride around the terminal.There will be slight delays as this will increase the wait time. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
